Scope of Work

The Program:
The platform supports a wellness incentive program in which employees who complete preventive health screenings — annual physicals, blood work, and regular doctor visits — earn meaningful financial rewards for maintaining their health. The mechanics are simple from the user side: complete the action, submit the verification, and get the reward. The mechanics behind the scenes are not.
The Integration Architecture:
Behind the simple front-end is a multi-system integration: identity and access via SSO, employee data via Workday, eligibility and reward tracking via the wellness platform, and HR-side reporting and audit trails. Each connection must be configured, tested, and validated against HIPAA-compliant handling requirements before a single employee touches the system.
The Stakeholder Alignment:
Fifteen-plus VP-level stakeholders means fifteen-plus opinions on incentive structure, eligibility rules, vendor accountability, and compliance posture. The PM's job isn't to have the right answer — it's to surface every decision, route it to the right owner, document the call, and keep the implementation moving while the politics get worked out at the right altitude.
