How long does a typical contract run?
Standard contracts run 6–12 months with extension options. Retainers are month-to-month with a 30-day mutual notice.

C2C or W-2?
Both. C2C through ACH Project Ventures LLC for clients who prefer corp-to-corp. W-2 through staffing partners.

What types of projects do you take on?
Enterprise software implementations, system integration projects, platform migrations, project rescues, product ownership engagements, and PMO governance consulting.

What hours do you work?
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time.
